Ensure Products Are Tagged: Verify that products are tagged on the videos in your carousel. You can choose from your existing playlist or create a new one in the library.
Verify Video Count: Check that the minimum number of videos is set to at least one, or adjust according to your preference.
Confirm the Publish ID: Ensure that the publish ID for your carousel is correct. You can copy the publish ID and paste it into the Shopify block
Publish the Carousel: Make sure that the carousel is published on the Tolstoy app.
Review Integration: Complete the Shopify integration. You can check it by clicking your Account Profile on the lower left -> Integrations -> Shopify. Use this guide.
Check Installation: Verify that the installation process was completed correctly. You can check it by clicking your Account Profile on the lower left -> Settings -> Installation. Properly follow the instructions there. Make sure that Tolstoy is toggled ON in your Shopify app embeds. Here are the complete steps.
Add the Section to the Correct Page: Ensure that the block or section for the Spotlight Carousel is added to the appropriate page on your Shopify site.
