How to configure your Brand Details for AI Shopper

Overview

The Brand Details panel gives your AI shopper basic company information so its answers stay on-brand and context-aware.

What you can achieve

  • Keep tone and messaging consistent with your brand voice

  • Let the AI reference your website and help-center URL

  • Display your logo on top of the AI shopper chat

Please note that AI Shopper is only available for Shopify websites. It is not supported on native or non-Shopify websites at this time.

Best ways to use

  1. Write a concise but distinctive brand description (50-150 words).

  2. Link directly to your Help Center so shoppers can jump to long-form policies.

  3. Upload a transparent-background SVG or PNG logo for crisp rendering.

How to set up

Create or edit Brand Details

  1. In the left side-menu choose Context → Brand Details.


    ​

  2. Fill in the fields:

    1. Brand Name – your public-facing name.

    2. Brand Website – full URL including https://

    3. Brand Description – elevator pitch, mission or voice guidelines.

    4. Help Center Link – optional but recommended.

    5. Brand Logo – click the dashed square to upload.

  3. Click Save Changes in the lower-right corner.

Customize

  • Update the description any time your positioning changes.

  • Replace the logo to test seasonal or co-branding variants.

Publish

Saving applies instantly. No additional publish step is required.
