Troubleshooting Default Carousel or Homepage Spotlight for Native Website Users in the Legacy (Old) Platform

  1. After creating your default carousel, head to the Installation section in your Tolstoy account.

  2. You can get there by clicking your profile letter on the lower left, then selecting Settings.

  3. Copy and paste the code in your site's <head> section if you haven't already.

  4. Go back to the Onsite tab, choose the default carousel or homepage spotlight project, and click the Publish button on the upper right.

  5. Copy the code and paste it into your site's code. Be sure to update the PRODUCT_ID only if you're displaying the default carousel or spotlight project on product pages - no need to change it for the homepage. Once you're done, click 'Done'.
