Make sure that your Shopify is connected to your Tolstoy account.
Click your profile letter on the lower left -> Integrations -> double-check if your store is connected. If not, enter your Store name, then click connect.
Navigate to your account and go to Settings. Click the Installation tab. Make sure you hit the complete button.
To publish your videos, you need to click the Publish button.
Check your project to see if there are rules implemented. Page rules indicate where your widget will appear on your site.

If you still don’t see the founder video or widget after following the steps above, check if Tolstoy is enabled in your Shopify theme under App embeds. You can refer to this help article for more details.
