If you’re having trouble with publishing stories on Shopify, follow these simple steps to fix the issue:
Publish Your Videos
Steps:
Click the "Publish" button for your videos.
Complete all the steps (usually 1 to 3) to finalize the publishing process.
Tag Your Videos with Products
How to Tag:
In Your Library: Find your videos and tag them with the related products.
On the Products Page: Go to your Products page, find the product, and add the related videos.
Use the Right Product Template
Steps:
Check that the Tolstoy block is added to your the correct templates.
💡Tip: If you have more than one template, make sure Tolstoy is included in each one.
Enable Tolstoy in Your App Embeds
Steps:
Go to App Embeds in your Shopify settings.
Turn on the toggle for Tolstoy.
💡Tip: If Tolstoy isn’t enabled, switch the toggle on and refresh your store.
Add Stories Publish ID to Your Theme
Steps:
Go to your product page and check if the stories publish ID is pasted in the stories block or section of your theme. Hit 'Save'.
