This usually happens when there's a permission issue with accessing Google services. Since you have Google Drive integrated, make sure that your Google account has the necessary permissions and that you're logged in correctly.
Troubleshooting Guide
1. Access your Tolstoy account in Incognito mode.
2. Go to Home.
3. Create a new project (e.g. Homepage spotlight).
4. Start creating. This should now show an option to sign in to your Google account to allow you to proceed to the next steps to complete the process.
5. Sign in.
