Here are the steps to fix this error:
Go to Shopify Settings.
Apps and sales channels
Look for Tolstoy Shoppable Video & UGC -> click the three dots -> Uninstall.
Once done, go back to your Tolstoy account. Click your profile letter on the lower left -> Integrations -> Connect Shopify.
