How can I remove/delete Tolstoy from my website in the New Platform

Remove Tolstoy from your website by deleting it from your Builder.

If you find that you no longer wish to have Tolstoy on your website, you can remove your Tolstoy in a few easy steps.

We try to make it as easy as possible for our users to remove Tolstoy from their websites. We see it as a top priority, so if you're struggling for any reason, please contact support@gotolstoy.com and we'll help you remove it within 24 hours.

Step 1: Remove Tolstoy from Your Website

  1. Go to Website.

  2. Locate the Tolstoy widget you want to remove.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to it and select Delete.

  4. That's it! You're all done. Refresh your website to make sure your Tolstoy is removed.

Step 2: Uninstall Tolstoy from Shopify

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin.

  2. Navigate to Apps.

  3. Find Tolstoy.

  4. Click Uninstall and confirm.
