After viewers complete your interactive video flow, they'll see an end screen with options like Back, Restart, and Share. While customization options are not available and aren't self-serve, you can request certain changes like removing the end screen altogether through the Tolstoy team via support@gotolstoy.com.
What the End Screen Shows by Default
When a viewer finishes your interactive, the player displays a simple "all done/thank you" style screen with: Back, Restart, or Share button options and Promo code (if your flow triggers one).
What Is Not Supported
The following customizations are not available on the end screen:
- Changing colors or background styling
- Showing recommended or next videos
- Displaying product cards
Workaround: Add Your CTA Before the End Screen
If you want viewers to see a specific closing call-to-action, add it directly to the last step of your interactive flow. For example, your final video or step can include your closing message along with a button-style answer that links to your desired destination. This way, viewers see your CTA before reaching the end screen.
Note on Branding
Removing "Powered by Tolstoy" branding depends on your plan. For Player (Shoppable Videos), it's only available on Max and Enterprise plans. You can visit our pricing page here for more details.
