When using Spotlight and Gallery widgets, product cards can appear in two different places: under the video tiles on your website, and inside the full-screen video player. This guide explains how to control product card visibility in both areas.
Understanding Product Card Locations
Product Cards Under Video Tiles
In a Spotlight widget, product cards appear under all video tiles uniformly. There's no setting to show product cards only on the active/center tile while hiding them on side tiles.
Product Cards Inside the Video Player
In a gallery widget, product details appear inside the full-screen player after a shopper clicks into the experience. This is controlled by the Make videos shoppable toggle.
How to Hide Product Cards Under Video Tiles
If you don't want product information displaying beneath your Spotlight tiles, you can change what content appears on the cards.
Step 1: Open Your Spotlight Widget
Navigate to your My Website section and locate your Spotlight widget. Click to open it.
Step 2: Go to the Design Tab
Once inside your widget, click on the Design tab to access the appearance settings.
Step 3: Find the Card Header and Subheader Settings
Scroll to the Widget section where you'll find Card header text and Card subheader text options. These control what displays on the product cards beneath your video tiles.
Step 4: Select "None" to Hide Product Information
Click on the dropdown menus and select None for both Card header text and Card subheader text to completely hide product cards under your tiles.
Available options include:
- Product / Price – Shows product name and pricing
- Video name / Text – Shows video title or custom text
- None – Hides the content completely
How to Hide Product Cards Inside the Video Player
To remove product details from the full-screen player experience:
Open your widget and go to the Design tab. Find the Video feed section, locate Make videos shoppable, and toggle it OFF.
⚠️ Note: Turning off Make videos shoppable removes all product cards and details from the player, making the entire experience non-shoppable.

Can I show product cards only on the center tile in Spotlight?
Not currently. Product cards in Spotlight display uniformly across all tiles—there's no conditional setting based on tile position.
What's the best workaround?
Set your tile content to None or Video name to hide product cards on the widget itself, then keep Make videos shoppable turned ON so customers can still see product details after clicking into a video.
