🟡 Potential Loyalist
Users who have recently interacted with your content and are showing signs of increasing engagement. While they haven’t yet become loyal customers, they have strong potential to do so.
🟠 Engaged Non-Buyer
Users who are highly engaged—watching videos, clicking through content—but haven’t made a purchase yet. These are ideal targets for conversion campaigns and promotions.
🔵 Loyal Customer
Users who make frequent purchases and contribute significant revenue. They demonstrate ongoing trust in your brand and are valuable for retention efforts.
🟢 Champion
Your top-tier customers. These users are highly engaged, make frequent and recent purchases, and contribute the highest monetary value. Prioritize them for loyalty rewards and early access offers.
⚪ Other
Users who don’t currently fit into any of the defined segments above. They may have limited interaction or lack clear patterns yet.
