1. On your Excel spreadsheet, click File > Import.

2. Click My Drive > Files.

3. Click Import data.
​

4. Go to File > Share > Publish to web.

5.​ Click on Web page.

6. Choose Comma-separated values (.csv)

7. Hit Publish.

8. Copy the link.
