Create all of the Tolstoys you want to add to your site.
Set the rules and triggers for each widget, and set the page where you want it to appear. Make sure that the rules don't override each other so that you won't have two widgets set to appear on the same page.
Publish all of the widgets. Don't worry - they'll only appear where you set them!
And that's it!
