How can I integrate Tolstoy with Zapier & Google Sheets?

Automatically add Tolstoy leads as rows in your Google spreadsheets!

Using the Tolstoy X Zapier integration, you're able to add new leads taken from Tolstoy directly to your Google Sheets account.

  1. First, make sure that you have integrated Tolstoy and Zapier.
    ​

  2. Choose Tolstoy in the App Event.

  3. Choose New Lead as the event.
    ​
    ​

  4. Choose your Tolstoy account and click Continue.
    ​
    ​


    ​

  5. Test your lead, and continue once it's working.
    ​
    ​


    ​

  6. Choose Google Sheets as the app, and Create Spreadsheet Row as the event.
    ​

  7. Choose your Google Sheets account.
    ​
    ​


    ​

  8. Set up your action. Choose the relevant spreadsheet and sheet. Organize the data from Tolstoy (Lead name, Lead email, Lead phone, Tolstoy name) in the correct columns.

  9. Test your Zap.

  10. Click on Turn on zap once it's working, and you're good to go!
