First, make sure that you have integrated Tolstoy and Zapier.

Now, it's time to integrate Klaviyo to your Zapier account. Go to My Apps and click on Add Collection.

Search for Klaviyo and click on it.
​

This window will pop up - click on Account settings. You'll be redirected to your Klaviyo account.

Copy your public API key and paste it in the first field.
​
​

Copy your private API key, or generate it if you don't have it. Paste it in the second field. Click on Yes, Continue.

Now your Zapier account is integrated with Klaviyo! Go to your dashboard and click Create Zap.

Choose Tolstoy in the App event.
​
​

Choose New Lead as the event.
​
​

Choose your Tolstoy account and click Continue.
​
​

Now, set your action. Choose Klaviyo as your app event.
​
​

​

Choose Add Subscriber.
​
​

Click Continue.
​
​

Now, set up your action. Choose to which Klaviyo contact list submissions should be added, and add the lead form details in their respective fields in Zapier, like so -

You can also leave some of them empty!

Click Test & Continue.

After the test is okay, click on Turn on Zap.
