Increase your web presence by sharing your Tolstoy through email! Follow these simple steps to learn how.

First, to enter the publishing options, click on the Share button.

Go to the Email tab.

Send your Tolstoy to One Person

  1. In Step 1 select Gmail or Other as your email distribution tool. In Step 2, click on Add tracking and put the email address of your addressee. Tick Add viewer tracking. In Step 3, copy the code.

  2. Draft a new email to your client and paste the code, which will generate a gif -

  3. Once sent, the gif will redirect the client to a Tolstoy page!

Send your Tolstoy through an Email Automation Tool

Tolstoy can be shared through any email automation tool that supports custom HTML, such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Sendgrid and Omnisend! Also, we are integrated both with Outreach and Salesloft.


  1. Select Klaviyo as your email distribution system. Copy the code.

  2. Navigate to your email template in Klaviyo. Edit the content and add Custom HTML.

  3. Paste the email code anywhere in the body of the the email, where you want the gif to appear.

  4. Click Save.

That's it! when you will send your email, an embedded gif of your Tolstoy will appear.


  1. Select Mailchimp as your email distribution system. Copy the code.

  2. Create a new email template on Mailchimp, and drag a Code element to the template.

  3. Paste the embed email code, and click Save & close.

  4. Click Save and Exit.

  5. That's it! Your template is saved and ready to be sent 😌


  1. In Step 1, Select email distribution system and choose SendGrid from the drop-down menu. In Step 2 click Copy code.

  2. Create a new email in SendGrid. In the Build tab, click on Code and drag it to your template.

  3. Paste the code and click Update.

  4. That's it! Click on Review content and send to send your email.

Centering your Tolstoy Gif
