With the new UPS Digital Connections Vendor Portal, UPS sales teams now can easily learn about your company and services and communicate with you in an accessible way.
Now that your Tolstoy has been created and uploaded to the portal, the next step is to learn how to manage your Tolstoy accounts in order to understand how to make changes, respond to the sales team members, and oversee your activity & analytics.
Here's a walkthrough of your Tolstoy dashboard and how to manage it:
1. Understanding the toolbar
Builder: Clicking on the builder tab opens up the video parts of your Tolstoy. You can click on the builder and make changes to your Tolstoy at any point, and it will automatically update on the landing page.
Responses: Clicking on the Responses tab will show you each user's activity with your Tolstoy: which buttons they clicked and any information they submitted.
If the user provided an email address, you can respond to that user by selecting the Reply button, and your reply will be sent back to their email.
Lead form: The lead form allows you to ask your user's any contact information you're interested in learning such as name, email, and phone number. You can select add field to add any additional information you want to collect.
Settings: Within your Settings tab you'll find options to customize your Tolstoy and decide who receives email notifications any time there's an interaction with your Tolstoy.
If you would like to add captions to your video, scroll to the bottom of your settings page and turn on the "Add captions to video" toggle.
Analytics: The analytics tab will show you the data for user interactions with your Tolstoy. Here you can understand the number of users who viewed your Tolstoy, clicked start, and the % of users who completed your Tolstoy, all seen over the course of time.
2. Managing responses from submitted forms
Within your Tolstoy account we have created two additional Tolstoys for you: one collecting the responses to the popup form for submitted questions, and one collecting the responses to the popup form for submitted leads, both being transferred over from the portal.
