If you're looking to track and reply to your Tolstoy viewers through HubSpot, you've come to the right place. You can now connect your Tolstoy and HubSpot accounts using the simple steps below!
Firstly, download the Tolstoy app from the HubSpot app store. Click on Install App.
Choose the account you would like to connect, and click Choose Account.
Continue by clicking Connect app.
Now your accounts are integrated, and new responses to your Tolstoy will automatically create a new contact in HubSpot! They will be displayed in your Contacts list.
To see the response, first, click on the contact -
Click on Filter activity and enable the Tolstoy integration.
After enabling the integration, you will see your responses on the timeline of the contacts!
If you click on Click here to reply, you will be redirected to Tolstoy, and your viewers response will appear in the Responses tab. You can respond to them via video or text using the Reply Options below!
