Connect and converse with your clients using Tolstoy video response! You can now directly send your Tolstoys in an Intercom correspondence.
Start by installing the Tolstoy app from Intercom app store.
After that, follow the instructions below to learn more. After you've installed the app and created your first Tolstoy, you are now ready to share it in Intercom!
How to Share a Tolstoy in an Intercom Conversation
Choose a conversation. Click Use Tolstoy under shortcuts.
Select the Tolstoy you would like to send, and click Send.
That is it! The user can now play the Tolstoy you sent directly in Intercom 😎
You will also receive a message containing your user's journey in Tolstoy.
How to Use Tolstoy in Intercom Automations
Open Outbound.
Select a message or create a new one.
Hover over the message's content and click on the "+".
Select Insert App.
Choose Tolstoy.
Select the Tolstoy you would like to include.
You're all set! You now have an automatic Intercom message that is integrated with your Tolstoy.
That is it! The user can now play the Tolstoy you sent directly in Intercom 😎 Now, you can leverage it for amazing things! ask for review, schedule a call, redirect to a link, etc.
