Manage pending invitations
Under Pending, click the … menu on the invitation:
Resend invitation sends the email again.
Copy invitation link copies a link you can send to your teammate yourself.
Revoke invitation cancels it (workspace owner only).
The workspace owner and any admin can resend a pending invitation or copy its link. An invitation marked Expired can’t be resent from this menu.
Roles and members
A workspace has one Owner. Everyone else is an Admin.
Only the owner can remove members (Remove member) or transfer ownership.
To make another member the owner, open the … menu on an active member and choose Transfer ownership. You become an admin, and only the new owner can then remove members or transfer ownership.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
What does Pending mean?
The invitation was sent, but the teammate hasn’t accepted it yet.
My teammate didn’t get the invite email.
Open the invitation’s … menu and choose Resend invitation, or choose Copy invitation link and send the link directly. Owners and admins can both do this.
Can I choose a different role when I invite someone?
No. Invited teammates join as admins. The only role change is transferring ownership.
Why can’t I remove a member or revoke an invitation?
Only the workspace owner can do that.
Why does Tolstoy say the email address is invalid?
Enter a full email address, such as name@company.com.
