Understanding AI widget Analytics per Project

Learn how to read and interpret the analytics for an individual AI Widget project, including key performance metrics, engagement data, conversions, and how to measure the impact of a specific widget.

Analytics Per Project

Story Impressions: Total number of times the story widget was shown on a page.

Story Opens: Total number of times someone clicked to open a story.

Story Open Rate: The percentage of story impressions that turned into story opens.

Activity Over Time: A day-by-day view of story activity, usually showing page views, story impressions, and story opens.

Top Pages with Story Impressions: The pages where the story widget appeared the most.

Attributed Revenue: A revenue table showing how much revenue and how many orders were attributed to this project.

Revenue, CVR and AOV: A summary table of core commerce results, where CVR means conversion rate and AOV means average order value.

SESSIONS: The number of unique visitors who started a Tolstoy session.

ATTRIBUTED_ORDERS: The number of orders attributed to this project.

CONVERSION_RATE_PCT: The percentage of sessions that turned into attributed orders.

AVERAGE_ORDER_VALUE: The average revenue per attributed order.

ATTRIBUTED_REVENUE: The total revenue from attributed orders.

Engagement to Purchase: A funnel-style table that shows how people move from viewing the widget to buying.

WIDGET_VIEWERS: The number of unique visitors who saw the widget.

ENGAGED_VISITORS: The number of unique visitors who actively started a session.

VIDEO_VIEWERS: The number of unique visitors who watched a video.

PRODUCT_CLICKERS: The number of unique visitors who clicked a product.

ADD_TO_CART_VISITORS: The number of unique visitors who added a product to cart.

ATTRIBUTED_ORDERS: The number of orders attributed to people who interacted with the widget.

ENGAGED_TO_VIDEO_RATE_PCT: The percentage of engaged visitors who went on to watch a video.

VIDEO_TO_PRODUCT_CLICK_RATE_PCT: The percentage of video viewers who clicked a product.

ENGAGED_TO_PURCHASE_RATE_PCT: The percentage of engaged visitors who ended up purchasing.

VIDEO_TO_PURCHASE_RATE_PCT: The percentage of video viewers who ended up purchasing.

Direct vs Post-Video vs Indirect Revenue: A breakdown of revenue based on how Tolstoy influenced the purchase.

DIRECT_REVENUE: Revenue from purchases directly tied to a Tolstoy product interaction.

POST_VIDEO_REVENUE: Revenue from purchases made after someone watched a relevant product video.

INDIRECT_REVENUE: Revenue from shoppers who interacted with Tolstoy and later purchased through a less direct path.

DIRECT_ORDERS: The number of attributed orders counted as direct.

POST_VIDEO_ORDERS: The number of attributed orders counted as post-video.

INDIRECT_ORDERS: The number of attributed orders counted as indirect.

Video Performance: A table that compares videos by plays, viewers, orders, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue mix.

Product and Page Performance: A table that compares products or pages by viewers, orders, revenue, conversion rate, and AOV.

Widget Views: Total number of times the widget was shown.

Engagement Funnel: A step-by-step view of how people moved from seeing the widget to watching and clicking.

Product Click Rate: The percentage of widget views that turned into product clicks.

Top Clicked Products: The products that received the most clicks from the widget.

Activity Over Time: A day-by-day view of Spotlight activity, such as views, video watches, and product clicks.

Top Spotlight Pages: The pages where Spotlight generated the most activity.

Carousel Clicks: Total number of clicks on carousel cards or tiles.

Carousel Views: Total number of times the carousel was shown.

Top Clicked Tiles: The carousel tiles that got the most clicks.

Bubble Views: Total number of times the bubble widget was shown.

Bubble Opens: Total number of times shoppers opened the bubble.

Bubble Dismisses: Total number of times shoppers closed or dismissed the bubble.

Feed Views: Total number of times the feed was shown.

Feed Exits: Total number of times shoppers exited or closed the feed.

Quiz Sessions: Total number of quiz session starts.

Quiz Views: Total number of times the quiz was shown.

Quiz Completions: Total number of times shoppers reached a quiz result.

Quiz Completion Rate: The percentage of quiz views that ended in a completion.

Answer Distribution: A breakdown of which answers shoppers selected most often.

Result Distribution: A breakdown of which quiz results were shown most often.

Product Clicks: The quiz products that were clicked most often.

CTA Clicks: Total number of clicks on the quiz call-to-action button.

Email Submits: Total number of email submissions from the quiz.

Marketing Event Outcomes: A breakdown of the outcomes recorded after quiz-related marketing events were sent.

Embed Views: Total number of times an embed was shown.

Embed Plays: Total number of times an embedded video was played.

Embed Play Rate: The percentage of embed views that turned into plays.
