Introduction
Carousel lets you showcase multiple videos in a horizontal, shoppable gallery on your storefront. It helps merchants highlight products, keep shoppers engaged longer, and guide more visitors from discovery to purchase. You can create and edit a Carousel before publishing it, but publishing a standard website Carousel requires a paid plan.
How to Set Up
In Tolstoy, go to Website → Shoppable videos →Select Carousel
Choose the assets you want to use in Select Media tab then use any playlist or any tagged products
If your Carousel is tied to product content, make sure the right products or tagged media are included.
Make sure to click Sync Media to save
Adjust the settings you need, such as arrows, title, tile names, spacing, border, motion, and play button style.
Go to Browser to preview how the Carousel will look before it goes live.

Troubleshooting / FAQs
Why is my Carousel preview empty?
No media has been added yet, or the media has not been tagged correctly for the selected product context.
Why can't I publish my Carousel?
Standard website Carousels require a paid plan to publish.
Why isn't the Carousel showing on my store after publishing?
Most often, the Carousel block was not added to the theme, the Widget code was not pasted correctly, or the theme/code changes were not saved.
What if I don't see Shopify app blocks?
Use the Custom Liquid option then add your widget code.
Do I need to replace PRODUCT_ID?
Yes. For code-based installation, replace PRODUCT_ID with the correct product identifier so the Carousel can load the right content.
Can I create a Carousel before upgrading?
Yes. You can create, edit, and prepare the Carousel before upgrading, but it will not go live until publishing requirements are met.
