Configuring Content for Collection Tile Widgets

Collection Tile widgets now have a streamlined configuration experience. The content settings—including collection selection and product-video mappings have been moved to the Media tab, making it easier to find and manage your content in one dedicated location.

How to Access Collection Tile Content Settings

Step 1: Navigate to Website Widgets

Click on Website in the left sidebar to view your website widgets.

Step 4: Access the Media Tab

Once inside the widget editor, you'll see the configuration panel on the left side. For Collection Tile widgets, the Media tab now contains your content configuration, including:

- Collections selector — Choose which product collections to display
- Product-Video Mappings — Assign videos to specific products

The Design tab remains focused on visual styling options like layout, play button appearance, playback controls, etc.

Creating a New Collection Tile Widget

If you need to create a new Collection Tile widget:

1. Under Website, click the + Create Widget button in the top right corner

2. Select Collection Page Tile from the Shoppable Video templates

3. Your new widget will be created and you can immediately begin configuring content in the Media tab

Tips

- Media tab for content, Design tab for styling: This separation makes it easier to manage what videos appear (Media) versus how they look (Design)

- Search by publish ID: If you have many widgets, you can search by the widget's unique publish ID for faster access

- Draft vs. Live: Widgets in Draft status can be edited freely before publishing to your site
