How to Customize Your UGC Creator Consent Landing Page

Personalize the experience creators see when they're asked to approve the use of their content. With landing page customization, you can add your brand's logo, custom messaging, and control whether Tolstoy branding appears—all without any code changes.

Accessing UGC Content Rights Settings

Step 1: Open Your Library

From the left sidebar navigation, click on Library. This is where all your media assets and content sources are organized.

Step 2: Navigate to UGC Search

In the left sidebar under Sources, click on UGC Search. This expands the UGC management options.

You'll see a prompt to connect your Instagram account if you haven't already. This allows you to discover videos your brand is tagged in and videos with your hashtags.

Step 3: View Your UGC Content

Click on All Content to see all user-generated content that has been discovered or imported.

Step 4: Access Pending Content Rights

Click on Pending to view content that is awaiting creator approval. This is where you'll manage content rights requests.

From the content rights tab in this section, you can access the new landing page customization settings to personalize what creators see when they receive your permission requests.

Customization Options

In the UGC content rights settings, you can customize:

- Brand logo: Upload your logo to appear on the consent page

- Custom messaging: Edit the text copy creators see when reviewing your request

- Tolstoy branding: Toggle whether Tolstoy branding appears on the page

Tips

- Keep messaging clear: Use friendly, concise language that explains why you'd like to use the creator's content

- Use a recognizable logo: Help creators identify your brand quickly with a clear, high-quality logo

- Preview before sending: Review your customized landing page to ensure it reflects your brand appropriately before sending out permission requests
