Understanding the Plan Options
Tolstoy offers a modular approach to pricing, allowing you to pay only for the tools you need or bundle them for maximum value:
Shoppable Videos (AI Player): Boost on-site engagement by turning your video content into interactive, shoppable experiences.
AI Studio: Generate high-quality product images and videos at scale using advanced AI templates.
AI Sales Agent (AI Shopper): Deploy a 24/7 AI-powered Virtual Try-on and shopping assistant to guide customers to the right products.
How to Change or Bundle Your Plans
Follow these steps to update your subscription:
Access Plans & Pricing: Log in to your Tolstoy account. Click on your Profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Plans & Pricing.
Select Your Products: You will see sections for each of the three major products. You can choose a standalone plan for one or build a custom bundle by selecting plans for multiple products.
Click the dropdown arrow on the product you wish to change.
Select your desired plan (e.g., Free, Plus, Pro, or Max).
Review and Confirm: As you make selections, your Subscription Summary will update in real-time to show your new total monthly or annual cost. Once you are satisfied with your configuration, click Continue to Payment.
Important Notes on Plan Changes
Downgrading to Free: Moving from a paid plan to the Free plan effectively cancels your active subscription immediately.
Pro Tip: You will lose access to premium features (like custom branding or higher impression limits) as soon as the change is processed.
Enterprise Inquiries: If your organization requires unlimited impressions, dedicated account management, or custom integrations, you will see a Talk to Sales button. Click this to book a consultation with our team to design a custom Enterprise solution.
