What is Bulk Create?
Bulk Create is an automated workflow within Tolstoy’s AI Studio that allows you to apply a single creative template to a large selection of products from your catalog. Instead of creating assets one by one, you can generate a consistent series of branded videos or images for your entire inventory in just a few clicks.
For example, if you select a "Static Lookbook" template and apply it to three(or more) different items, AI Studio will automatically generate ten unique videos—one for each product—maintaining the same style and quality across the board.
How to Use Bulk Create
Follow these steps to generate content for multiple products at once:
Access AI Studio: Log in to your Tolstoy account. From the left navigation panel, click Create.
Browse Templates: On the AI Studio page, click Explore More Templates or select one from the Popular AI Studio Templates section.
Initiate Bulk Action: Hover over your preferred template, click the Menu Options (kebab menu) icon, and select Bulk Create.
Select Products: Choose the specific products from your catalog that you wish to include in this batch. Once your selection is complete, click Continue.
Configure Input Images: You will be prompted to provide or confirm an input image for each product. These images serve as the visual foundation the AI uses to generate your final assets. After reviewing your inputs, click Generate.
Monitor Progress: The AI will begin processing your request. You can track the status of your project by navigating to the Chat History panel and expanding the Bulk Creations dropdown. Your most recent project will appear at the top.
Refine Individual Assets: While the assets are created in bulk, you can still fine-tune them individually. Click the Chat View toggle to open the AI chat window for a specific video or image.
From there, you can enter prompts to make custom adjustments or edits.
Save and Manage: Once the generation is complete, all outputs are automatically saved to your library. Each asset is tagged with its associated product.
