The Shop app is currently undergoing a major migration, and as part of that process, they’ve temporarily removed all shoppable videos from brand and product pages. This isn’t a Tolstoy issue; it’s on Shop’s end and affects all providers and brands.
The good news is that this is only temporary and should be resolved soon. Once the migration is complete, videos will actually become even more prominent in the app.
In the meantime, your videos are still accessible through the Shop home feed.
Shop said there’s no firm estimate at the moment, but likely early 2026.
