Learn how to create a custom template to tailor your content exactly the way you want. This guide will walk you step by step through designing, saving, and applying your own template, allowing you to maintain consistency across your projects while giving you the flexibility to match your brand’s style and layout preferences.

  1. Navigate to Launchpad → Click AI Images or AI videos → Click Create Custom Template

2. Choose how you want to create your template

  • Create from Media

    Upload an image or video as reference. AI will analyze it and convert it to a description and prompt, allowing you to recreate similar content for other products.

  • Create from Scratch

    Start with a blank canvas. Manually define your prompt, settings, and all template parameters to create exactly what you envision.

  • Create with AI
    Generate personalized templates based on your brand identity, colors, and visual style. AI will create unique templates tailored to your brand


Create from Media

1. Choose a source to import

  • Import URL

  • Upload File from your computer


  • From Tolstoy - Select the media you want to replicate and click Add Item.


2. The AI agent will analyze the style and create a prompt from your chosen media


3. The agent will provide the template prompt. Click Save Template


4. Scroll down to see My Templates. That's it. 🪄


Create From Scratch


1. Add your Template name, Template prompt, Choose Agent Model, Media type and upload your image or video preview. Click Save Template once done

2. Scroll down to see My Templates. That's it. 🪄


Create with AI

  1. You have the option to adjust the number of templates the AI will create, then click Generate Templates.

2. The AI will start generating that may take few mins. The template will be based on your your brand Identity, colors and visual style.

3. Click View Templates
