Exploring Agent Features in AI Shopper

Enable or disable specific features for your agent. These options control what actions and suggestions your agent can offer during customer conversations.

How to Access

Go to AI Shopper -> Settings -> Scroll down to the Agent Features section.

πŸ” Virtual Try-On

Allow customers to virtually try on products before purchasing. Turn this setting off if you want to remove related questions from the AI Shopper chat.

  • Weekly Try-on Limit per Customer is 50. This setting helps manage usage and control costs.

  • Body Text - See how every product looks on you with just one click.

  • Default Silhouette - Select the default model customers will see: Male, Female, Beauty, or Custom

  • Tryon Preview Image - Choose the default preview image displayed to customers: Male, Female, or Custom

When enabled, OTP and authentication emails are sent using your brand name instead of Tolstoy. This helps improve trust and email deliverability with your customers.

πŸ” Sign-In Options

  • Sign in first (Recommended)
    Prompt customers to sign in before they receive their generation. This helps with better engagement and data collection.

  • Suggest after Try-On
    Let customers try on products first, then show a sign-in prompt afterward.

    Sign -in prompt text - Edit the message customers see when asked to sign in.

    Button label - Customize the primary button text in the sign-in card.

Enable this feature to provide customers with sizing recommendations and fit guidance during their shopping experience.

  • Initial Size Recommendation
    Automatically suggest a size based on available data to help customers make confident choices.

🎨 Shade Finder

Help customers discover their perfect foundation shade using AI-powered analysis.

  • Body Text
    Find your perfect shade with AI-powered color matching.

  • Default Silhouette
    Select the default silhouette customers will see during the experience:
    ​Male, Female, Beauty, or Custom

Enable this feature to allow customers to add products directly to their cart while interacting within the conversations, making the path to purchase faster and more seamless.

  • Blacklist by Tags
    Products with these tags will not be available for add to cart actions.

  • Blacklist by Collection
    Products in these collections will not be available for add to cart actions.

Enable this feature to seamlessly direct customers to your support team when they need assistance - ensuring a smooth handoff from AI to human help.

  • Support Contact

    Provide a contact page URL or email address for customer support.


🎟️ Coupon

Collect emails, personalize, and convert with targeted offers.

Manage the coupons your AI agent can offer to customers during conversations.

How to Add a Coupon:

  1. Click + Add Coupon

  2. Fill in the following fields:
     ‒ Promo Code – the code from your e-commerce platform
     ‒ Discount – percentage off (e.g. 10%)
     ‒ Display Text – short message shown to customers (max 50 characters)

  3. Click Save
