You can add a UGC creator's handle and link to their Instagram or TikTok profile directly on any video asset. This helps attribute content to creators and can display their profile link to shoppers viewing your videos.

Creator handles are supported on these widget types: - Spotlight Carousel, Swipeable widgets, Video Stories, Default Carousel or Homepage Gallery, For You video feed (TV Page), Tapcart "For You" Feed, and Tapcart PDP Stories.

Not supported on: Founder Video (Branching widgets), Collection page tile, Product tile, Product Gallery videos, Collection grid product videos, Hero, or Embed widgets.

1. Go to Library → My Media → Click the image/video you want to add a creator handle

2. Click + Add for Creator Handles

3. Choose the platform: Instagram or TikTok.

4. Type the Handle → Click Add

1. On any Media tile → click the three-dot menu→ select Edit Creator Handle → Choose the platform → Enter the handle → Save.

2. Click more → Click Edit Creator Handle

​3. Choose the platform → Type the Handle → Click Save

- Handle not displaying on your site? Confirm you're using a supported widget type and that the setting to show creator profile links is enabled in your project/widget settings.
- Can't find handles you added before? Creator handle metadata is stored on the asset itself, so handles added in the legacy app are already available in the new platform—just make sure you're viewing the same video assets.
