How to use the Creative Agent

Overview

A Creative Agent is like having your own AI-powered creative partner. Think of it as a supercharged idea machine that can dream up fresh content, craft catchy copy, design eye-popping visuals, or even help shape your next big campaign. From brainstorming ad ideas to generating ready-to-use images or videos, a Creative Agent makes the creative process faster, easier, and way more fun.

​You can generate content in two ways: by writing your own prompt or by using a pre-built template.

​Method 1: Create Using a Text Prompt

This method gives you maximum control. Start by describing exactly what you want to create in the main text box.

  1. Write Your Prompt: In the Create content field, type your request. For example, "Create a lifestyle shot of my product on a marble countertop."

  2. Add Your Assets (Optional): Use the icons to provide context.

    • Paperclip Icon: Attach existing media by selecting from Recent Generations, Tolstoy Media, Catalog Images, or Upload Files.

    • Product Icon: Search for and select a specific product from your catalog. The agent will automatically use its information.

    • Persona Icon: Choose from a gallery of AI-generated models to include in your scene for try-ons or lifestyle shots.

  3. Select an AI Model: Click the dropdown menu (initially showing OpenAI GPT-image-1) to select the best AI engine for your task. Models are grouped by capability, such as Image Generation and Editing, Try-On, and Image to Video.

  4. Generate: Click the send icon to start the generation.


​Method 2: Start with an Inspiration Template

1. Go to AI studio

2. Click Creative Agent

3. Find Your Inspiration section gives you ready-made templates so you never have to start from scratch. ✨ Simply pick from a variety of templates and workflows designed to spark ideas and guide your creative process.

You can choose templates based on your vertical (like fashion, beauty, food, or tech) and your destination — whether it’s a product page, homepage, email, social media post, or ad. This way, you’ll always have the right creative starting point tailored to your needs.

4 Once you’ve found the perfect workflow or template, the Creative Agent will generate your image or video in just a few clicks. 🚀 From there, you can instantly download it or add it straight to your Tolstoy library
