Currently, there’s no direct way to simply edit the email address on your Tolstoy account. Instead, you can transfer ownership of the account to another email.
This guide will walk you through the process.
Option 1: Transfer Ownership to an Existing Team Member
In your Tolstoy account, click your profile icon (letter) at the bottom-left corner. Go to Settings → Team.
Find the teammate you want to make the new owner. Click the small arrow next to their role.
Select Owner.
Click Transfer Ownership.
✅ That’s it! The new email is now the account owner.
If needed, the new owner can delete the old email from the team.
Option 2: Add a New Email First, then Transfer Ownership
If the new email address is not yet in your team, you’ll need to invite it first:
Click your profile icon at the bottom-left corner. Go to Settings → Team.
Click Invite Member.
Enter the new email address and click Send Invitation.
Ask the invitee to accept the invitation from their email.
Once the new email appears in your Team list, follow the steps in Option 1 to transfer ownership.
