AI Shopper now flags missing or unclear information during chats and logs a Knowledge Gap with context. This gives brands a prioritized to-do list for improving their knowledge base, so shoppers get better answers over time.
How it works:
If the agent cannot find useful info, it records the exact question, a short reason, and
productId
when relevant
Where to find it:
AI Shopper > Knowledge > Knowledge Gaps.
After adding the missing info, click Resolved on each gap.
You also have the option to dismiss.
Once the gap has been resolved, it will appear on Resolved Gaps section.
