AI Shopper now flags missing or unclear information during chats and logs a Knowledge Gap with context. This gives brands a prioritized to-do list for improving their knowledge base, so shoppers get better answers over time.
How it works:
If the agent cannot find useful info, it records the exact question, a short reason, and
productIdwhen relevant
Where to find it:
AI Shopper → Test and Train→ Knowledge Gaps
Click Resolve to add the missing info on each gap.
Click Save when done.
You also have the option to Dismiss.
Once the gap has been resolved, it will appear in the Resolved Gaps section.
