Navigate to your Library and click + Playlist to create a new playlist by typing its name.
To add videos individually, click + Playlist below the Tag Products button, then select the playlist from the list.
You can also add multiple videos at once by selecting the videos you want to include and clicking the playlist icon to choose a playlist.
